Several new ways to meditate or find peace in creativity keep popping up on social media. From sewing to making diy craft the reach is tremendous. In between this we tried to look into this new social hit; ie- mandala coloring!

It's all over social media, people coloring in journals or finding coloring books online provided with outlined mandalas. These are claimed to have benefits from reducing anxiety to effective meditative sessions and even told to help in boosting creativity !

Sounds too exiting to me, if this is the case why is everyone not already up with colors and paper working their magic to reap benefit of this ancient technique? Let's know how much of it is true -
